Special Education Online Communication Center
The Special Education Online Communication Center was previously housed on the district's eClass platform. This page is used by all special education teachers in the district to access resources and information. I designed the new SPOCC layout and design. Then, I led my department in the transition of the content from the old platform to the new. The new platform allows for easier access, easier updates, search features, data tracking and more.

Supporting Students with Disabilities in Private Schools Resource Hub
This resource hub is being developed to share with teachers and staff at private schools in Gwinnett County in supporting students with disabilities. This resource hub has resources for teachers and students. Alongside, this hub has asynchronous professional learning for teachers as well as facilitator guides for synchronous sessions that can be facilitated for teachers.

National Primary RE Resource Central
With teachers around that nation in about 74 religious education centers, dispersing materials has always been a challenge. In order to ensure access to all materials for all teachers around the nation, I developed a resource central website that all teachers around the nation as well as local RE center management members have access to. This allows for easy distribution of materials and allows for teachers to have access to the most updated versions of all materials.

Inclusive Science Education Form Site
In my role as a co-chair for the Inclusive Science Education Form, I have developed a website to allow for easier sharing of resources and to hopefully start create a community of sharing resources related to supporting students with disabilities in science education.
The website can be accessed here: ASTE - ISEF Website
Case Management Toolkit
The purpose of this toolkit is to support teachers in staying organized as case managers. The tool kit provides examples, videos, and printable tools that teachers can use to stay organized. The tabs on the left-hand side of this page can be used to navigate to each of the different tools. Each page provides a preview of the tool as well as the purpose, how to use it, and a description of the different pages in each tool (if applicable).
The toolkit can be access here: Case Management Toolkit (Restricted to GCPS GSuite Users)
Special Ed Department Website
In order to make it easy to access some important material, I created a site for our department to house these materials. The materials are housed in a shared drive so only those with access would be able to view the material and the site is restricted to our domain. It was just a way to make materials accessible to the team, including the new video recordings of department meetings.
Department Drive
I created a Team Drive for our Special Ed Department. The past few years I was sharing a Shared Folder from my drive, but with the new GSuite we've been able to create a Team Drive. This allows the department to have access to all of the current information such as transition goals and examples, IEP goals and objects, translator forms, staff development, etc.
This drive unfortunately cannot be accessed via a link, but the image on the right will give you a glimpse of some of the material it contains.
