About Me
Sahrish Panjwani-Charania
Education has always been a passion for me. As a young child, I was always passionate about learning new skills and ideas. I loved going to school and enjoyed learning new things on my own through books and YouTube. That passion was what drove me to become an educator.
And my love for learning has led me to pursuing my PhD in science education. My research interests are centered around professional supports for science teachers working with students with learning disabilities in inclusive settings.
I currently serve as an Instructional Coach supporting high school interrelated special education teachers.
Technology is another one of my interests as a student, teacher, volunteer, and in all areas of my life. I am a Google Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Educator and love sharing all of my Google expertise with others!
I also volunteer as a teacher educator and national project manager through which I get to support volunteer teachers by providing professional development and lessons to implement in the classroom.
In my time away from teaching and learning, I love reading, crocheting, and re-organizing! I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Occasionally, I also find some time for a quick adventure around the world!
I have also recently ventured into sharing my content, resources, ideas, and more with other teachers through platforms such as TeachersPayTeachers, Instagram and more! Check out my website at www.theorganizedscienceteacher.com!
